Will Wen Shih-cheng win the next Nantou County Magistrate election?

This market resolves on the Nantou County magistrate election in Taiwan: whether Wen Shih-cheng (KMT) wins the next term. The Yes contract trades near 3%, implying the market sees his re-election as nearly impossible. Yet Nantou is one of the KMT's most durable strongholds, having been held by the party for decades, and incumbent magistrates typically enjoy name recognition, administrative resources and a structural advantage.
